Groove Merchant is a percussion and dance ensemble that plays instruments from different cultures around the world. Some compositions are more traditional, loyal to the cultures that they represent while others are a fusion of musical traditions. There are also arrangements of pre-existing tunes so dancers can perform to familiar tunes, but with the fun and energy of live music.

Learn exciting polyrhythms on percussion from around the world. Great for dancers, musicians and non-musicians! Please bring your own drum, some available to borrow.
